Tassie Wash recognised a need in the market for a dog wash and they had a small amount of available space which they wanted to utilise for this purpose.

All existing buildings on site are constructed with tilt up concrete panels. The dog wash building would be constructed from a steel framework & lightweight cladding which is compatible with the existing buildings on site but half the cost.
